Head Coach – Daryl Shore
Daryl Shore is in his fourth season with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers after joining the team during the 2010 season. Shore has led the Strikers to back to back playoff appearances in each of the last two seasons including a berth in the 2011 NASL Championship Series.
Prior to joining the Strikers, Shore served as an assistant coach with the Chicago Fire from 2000-2010. At Chicago, Shore also worked as Director of Youth Development and the assistant coaching director of the Chicago Fire Juniors. His head coaching experience also includes one-year each with the New Orleans Storm and the Lehigh Valley Steam. Shore began his coaching career as an assistant at Birmingham-Southern College, his alma mater, for two years in 1993-1994. He then became a player/assistant coach in 1995 with the New Orleans Riverboat Gamblers.

Goalkeepers/Assistant Coach – Ricardo Lopes
Ricardo Lopes is now in his eighth season with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers serving as the team’s goalkeeping and assistant coach. In his tenure as goalkeepers coach, Lopes has mentored many outstanding pros including Josh Saunders, Caleb Patterson-Sewell, Pat Hannigan and current Strikers star Matt Glaeser. Lopes also enjoyed a standout career as a player in Brazil. With Fluminense from 1983-1985, he won three Rio de Janeiro state championships in a row and in 1984 helped Fluminense win the Brazilian national championship.
