Ticket Policies
Fort Lauderdale Strikers ticket holders are subject to the Ticket Policy and Stadium Rules of Conduct.
Strikers ticket holders are responsible for the actions of themselves and any individual(s) using their tickets. The Fort Lauderdale Strikers reserve the right to terminate ticket accounts in their entirety if the account holder or any individual using the tickets engages in disorderly conduct or otherwise fails to follow facility rules and regulations. In such cases, no refund shall be made.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds will be provided on any ticket or parking payments. Strikers Season Ticket Holders may exchange any unused tickets for additional tickets to an upcoming match. Please contact the Strikers Front Office via phone (954-606-0400) at least 24 hours before the game which you would like to attend.
If you are a 2013 Season Ticket Holder and unable to attend a future match, you may exchange your tickets for another match in advance, based upon the following guidelines:

TICKET POLICY FOR CHILDERN
Children under the age of (2) years do not need a ticket to enter Lockhart Stadium. They must be seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.
SUPPORTERS SECTION TICKETS:
The Supporters Section will be filled with passionate soccer fans whose purpose will be to create an intimidating atmosphere for the opposition while cheering the team on to victory. In order to have access to seats in this area you are encouraged to be a registered member of a Fort Lauderdale Strikers supporters group. This section will stand, sing, and chant for all 90 minutes of the match. Please take this into consideration before choosing seats in this section.
To purchase tickets in the Supporters Section, call 954-606-0400 to speak to an Account Executive. Fans will not be permitted to wear away team colors in the Supporters Section. Season ticket account holders are responsible for the actions of themselves and any individual using their seats.
BAG CHECK POLICY
Searches may be required at all entrances. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. Have bags and coats open for search as you approach the entrances.

Game Day: 10:00am - Halftime
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Fort Lauderdale Strikers currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash & Check payments are accepted at the Strikers Front Office.
LOST TICKETS
Contact the Strikers by calling 954-606-0400 to have your tickets reprinted and either shipped or left at Will Call.
GROUP TICKETS
Discounted group tickets can be purchased through the Strikers Front Office by calling 954-606-0400. Groups will have the opportunity to participate on-field within the Strikers Day of Game Experiences, based on availability.
TICKET DELIVERY/WILL CALL
Ticket purchasers have the opportunity of receiving the tickets in the mail via USPS, if the order is made at least 7 days prior to the event. All orders made within 6 days of the game will be available for pick-up at the Strikers Front Office at Lockhart Stadium during normal weekly business hours or at the Lockhart Stadium Will Call Window on the day of the game.
INTERNATIONAL MATCHES
Policies, procedures, and pricing for International matches will be handled on a case by case basis. If an international game is not part of the season ticket plan, season ticket holders will have priority access to purchase tickets. If the game is at Lockhart Stadium, then season ticket holders will be able to purchase their seats.
AWAY GAME TICKETS
NASL clubs designate an area of their stadium for the away supporters. If you are interested in attending Strikers away matches, then please contact the Strikers front office who can help with your ticket arrangements.
CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS
If a match or event is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately posted on www.strikers.com and emailed to those on the mailing list. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new date. Refunds may be offered as well, depending on the event, and would be available at the box office up until the day of the new game date. Please check www.strikers.com for updates on cancelled or rescheduled events.
Cancelled Event - A cancelled event is one that will NOT be made up.
Postponed or Rescheduled Event - A postponed or rescheduled event is one that WILL be made up at a later date.
