The Fort Lauderdale Strikers have announced the preseason training camp invitation of five players who participated in the club's open tryouts held Jan. 28 and 29 at Fort Lauderdale Stadium.

Midfielder Charlie Ahn, goalkeeper Lionel Brown, defender Khori Foster, forward Orlando Lawrence, and goalkeeper David Martin will train with the Strikers when camp opens on Feb. 20th.

"On behalf of the organization, I'd like to thank all the players for attending our open tryout as well as their professionalism," said head coach Daryl Shore. "We feel the five players we invited have the best chance to help our team."

More than 100 local and international players came to the 2012 Open Tryouts.
