Goalkeeper

Josh Saunders, San Antonio Scorpions – Puerto Rican international had four clutch saves to earn a shutout victory against Tampa Bay in his NASL debut

 

Defenders

Hunter Freeman, New York Cosmos – Had a solid performance on backline for New York

Julius James, San Antonio Scorpions – Trinidad & Tobago native contributed on both ends of the field and assisted on team’s first goal against Tampa Bay

Erick Norales, Indy Eleven – Honduran was impressive on defense in the shutout victory against Edmonton

Greg Janicki, San Antonio Scorpions – Controlled San Antonio’s defensive line in consecutive victories

 

Midfielders

Cesar Elizondo, Carolina RailHawks – Costa Rican native constantly created scoring opportunities and assisted on Carolina’s second goal.

Kléberson, Indy Eleven – Brazilian World Cup veteran scored a late game-winner for Indy

James Marcelin, Fort Lauderdale Strikers – Haitian international was a rock on defense as the shorthanded Strikers held out for a crucial draw

 

Forwards

Jaime Chávez, Atlanta Silverbacks – Rookie had his sixth tally of the year via penalty kick to earn a 1-1 draw against Minnesota

Christian Ramirez, Minnesota United FC – His league-leading seventh goal gave Minnesota the advantage

Zack Schilawski, Carolina RailHawks – Had two goals in the victory over Ottawa
