What is Fort Lauderdale Strikers U-23?
Fort Lauderdale Strikers U-23 is the new developmental team of the Fort Lauderdale Strikers. Beginning in 2016, Strikers U-23 will compete in the Sunshine Conference of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) South Region. The aim for the U-23 team is to develop talent at a high level before players transition to the first team.
What is the NPSL?
The NPSL is a national league that operates in the 4th Division of the U.S. Soccer pyramid and is affiliated with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). The NPSL remains one of the largest and fastest-growing national leagues in North America with over 80 teams.

The NPSL is an established league with a strong national footprint and a growing presence in Florida that the Fort Lauderdale Strikers believe aligns perfectly with our player development goals.
Who will Strikers U-23 face?
The NPSL is divided into four regions and eleven conferences. Strikers U-23 will compete in the Sunshine Conference of the South Region. Current teams in the Sunshine Conference include: Jacksonvill Armada U-23, Kraze United (Orlando), Miami Fusion FC, Miami United SC, Storm FC, Tampa Bay Rowdies 2 and Weston FC.
Where will Strikers U-23 play?
The U-23 team will play it's home games at Lockhart Stadium. The club is determining ticketing information. All games will be open to the public and media.

When does the season start?
The Strikers U-23 regular season will run from May 22 until July 6.
What will the crest and uniforms look like?
Strikers U-23 will wear the same crest as the first team.
